最新消息显示，CPSC当地时间15日发表声明，宣布由于三星Galaxy Note7手机电池存在严重安全隐患，决定召回美国市场约100万部该款手机。
声明指出，Note7手机电池存在会过热和起火的问题，给消费者带来严重安全隐患。迄今这款手机在美国境内一共接到92起电池过热报告，包括25起烧毁报告，55起涉及财产损失，如导致汽车和车库内起火，委员会建议消费者立即停用该款手机并关机。
三星美国公司同日在声明中说，三星与美国消费产品安全委员会合作，启动手机自愿召回和更换项目。消费者可以在三星官网输入手机序列号，查询手机是否属于召回范围。
除此之外，全球多个国家和地区的航空公司也明文禁止乘客在机上使用或者托运三星Note7手机。
