　　今年8月10日，中国海军第二十四批护航编队从青岛某军港解缆启航，奔赴亚丁湾、索马里海域执行护航任务。第二十四批护航编队由导弹驱逐舰哈尔滨舰、导弹护卫舰邯郸舰和综合补给舰东平湖舰组成，携带舰载直升机2架、特战队员数十名，任务官兵700余人。其中，邯郸舰和东平湖舰是首次执行护航任务，哈尔滨舰是第2次执行护航任务。

　　柏耀平从军，一开始考的是空军。当时在空军招飞和考大学之间毅然选择前者，是父亲的建议坚定了他的信心。作为老共产党员的父亲对他说：“应该去”。

　　中国海军海外护航，是2008年底开始中国海军在亚丁湾索马里海盗频发海域实施的一项军事行动。行动的主要任务是保护航行该海域中国船舶人员安全；保护世界粮食计划署等世界组织运送人道主义物资船舶安全。
