　　中新网昆明9月17日电  (记者 马骞)云南省楚雄彝族自治州政府新闻办公室17日晚间通报，当日，楚雄州元谋县黄瓜园镇海洛大箐、雷弄大箐发生泥石流灾害。泥石流灾害造成黄瓜园镇1人失联6人受伤，其余受灾群众已得到妥善安置。

　　17日上午09时40分，连续强降雨导致元谋县黄瓜园镇海洛大箐、雷弄大箐发生泥石流灾害，并在黄瓜园镇点连村委会朱布村处龙川江上形成长约700米、宽约300米、高约6米，共约126万立方米土石方堵塞物的堰塞湖险情，对下游黄瓜园、江边2个乡镇3个村委会2561户8066人生命财产造成威胁。

　　泥石流灾害造成黄瓜园镇1人失联6人受伤、16户民房受损严重，县内多条农村公路严重损毁，339.06亩农作物受灾。成昆线红江至黄瓜园段线路被冲毁约300余米，桥梁损毁1座，受损线路范围内供电、电务设备损毁，导致成昆铁路中断。

　　灾情发生后，云南省委、省政府高度重视，省委书记、省长陈豪对做好元谋县“9·17”泥石流灾害救灾工作做出批示。陈豪要求楚雄州做好受堰塞湖影响区域人员安全撤离工作，进一步核实人员伤亡情况，做好受灾群众安置救助工作；昆明铁路局要科学调度，做好客运滞留旅客的安抚和疏导工作；省国土厅牵头，省民政厅、水利厅、交通厅、通信管理局、云南电网公司立即指导配合昆明铁路局、楚雄州做好公路、电力、电信抢通，堰塞湖治理和铁路修复等各项抢险救灾工作。

　　楚雄州全力投入抗灾救灾工作。启动应急预案，全力以赴开展失联人员搜救、受伤人员救治和家属安抚工作；做好受灾群众转移安置工作，民政部门已调集救灾帐篷190顶，彩条布60件，矿泉水20件，桶装水200桶，大米1吨，食用油40瓶，棉被250床，衣服100套运往灾区，转移安置受灾群众2561户8066人；积极组织群众开展生产自救，州县乡党委政府已组织群众对受灾农作物开展生产自救工作，组织力量对部分坝塘、水库进行全面排洪加固，对塌方的通村公路进行抢修疏通，对受阻桥涵的障碍物、淤泥等进行清理，避免次生灾害发生。

　　截至18时，受灾群众已得到妥善安置，失联人员仍未发现，搜寻工作继续全力开展；其余6名受伤人员中，有4人已送县人民医院治疗，目前体征平稳，暂无生命危险，伤势较为轻微的2人现场简单处理，未入院治疗。成昆铁路冲毁线路两端车站已扣停列车、封锁线路。

　　目前，铁路抢修、堰塞湖治理等各项救灾工作正在有序展开。
