华东华中地区95后挺爱在南京打工

日均干活9.4小时月均休3.7天

赶集网调查数据显示,他们平均每天工作9.4小时,加班更是家常便饭,仅有不到20%的人工作时间在8小时以内。

另外调查还发现,仅10.7%的95后新蓝领每周能休息2天,而36.5%的新蓝领每月只有1至4天的休息时间,另外有3.8%表示除了工作,基本没有双休。平均下来这些城市“工蚁”们每月休息仅3.7天。在工作强度较大的前十类职业中,司机、切配工、快递员、按摩技师及房产经纪人等排名居前。

听说中秋节加班工资翻倍,小李主动要求中秋节加班。他告诉记者,这个小长假,跟他一样外地来打工的小伙伴们,七成都在加班。

小李平均每天工作超过11小时,但工资却并没有传说中的“月入过万”。工资按派件数量计算,小李目前一个月工资3000-4000元。除了家里有事需要请假,小李不是在送快递,就是在去送快递的路上。

然而,对于加班和高强度的工作,52.7%的新蓝领相信“付出总有回报”,并且希望通过不断的历练,让自己快速成长,不仅是多挣加班费,更多的是累积工作经验。

平均月薪3000左右基础福利差别大

相对于工作强度而言,新蓝领的收入整体较低,一线城市平均每月收入在三到四千元间,二线城市仅为两到三千元。但从调查数据来看,不同职业的收入水平及福利待遇存在着明显差异,如卖场店长的月收入平均可达5500元左右,而切配工只能拿到1500元左右。显然,收入水平及待遇与职位的要求、能力成正比。总体来说,秘书、保安、卖场店长/经理是新蓝领职业中收入水平最高,待遇最全面的,而职业技能要求低的切配工、收银员的收入也是最低的。数据显示,10项基础福利待遇中,新蓝领拥有最多的为加班费,达到45.9%,但也只有30.2%的新蓝领享受到基础的社保待遇。

调查还发现,95后新蓝领对工作的满意度普遍较低,最不满意的方面是工作没挑战,上升空间小,这也成为了他们跳槽频繁的主要原因。在记者的采访中,不少95后新蓝领表示,他们可以接受薪资低、工作累,可以承受来自竞争、经济以及心理的多重压力,但不能忍受没有前景、没有锻炼机会的工作。

九成以上面临多重压力

20岁的史岩职高毕业后应聘到一家美容院,现在已经是中级技师。早上九点上班,晚上8点半下班,每星期只能休假一天,三年来,史岩已经习惯了这样的生活。“刚开始当学徒每天只有50元补助,去年开始熟客多了,工资才涨到近4000。”谈起竞争压力,史岩表示,每年都有很多小姑娘到美容院应聘,老员工干不好随时可能被开除。

95后新蓝领面临多重压力,经济压力及心理压力是主要的压力来源。调查发现,仅4.1%的新蓝领表示没有压力;没有压力的新蓝领人群中,80%在二线城市,他们平均月薪在3千至4千,且自我感觉目前工作算稳定、轻松。

面临的压力与职业有直接相关,其中按摩技师的压力类型数量最多,平均面临2.8个,最突出的是竞争压力、经济压力及心理压力。而施工安全员等职业面临的压力相对较少,他们进入这一行后工作就较为稳定,目前主要面临的是经济压力。

平均3.4个月换一次工作

对于21岁的张琦来说,找到一份新工作好像挺容易。张琦老家徐州,去年8月份应聘到无锡一家公司做金融产品销售,至今已经干了一年,是他5年来做的时间最长的一份工作。“我上了一年职高就退了学找工作,5年来换过多少次工作我自己也不记清。”张琦告诉记者,目前这份工作,他也不确定能坚持多久。

大数据显示,95后新蓝领平均3.4个月换一次工作,男性跳槽更频繁。换工作频率是“越年轻越折腾”,20岁以下的新蓝领中有18.3%表示3个月内就会换一次工作,而20岁及以上的这一比例是10.3%。

从工作性质看,职业门槛越低,跳槽越频繁;偏技能技术类的新蓝领工作相对比较稳定,如会计出纳、采购人员等。

总体来看,95后新蓝领跳槽时重点考虑上升空间,占比高达55.0%,重视锻炼机会的也有接近四成人,其次才是收入及福利待遇。

95后新蓝领创业意愿强,占比47.1%

快递员小李希望几年以后攒够钱,在南京承包一个快递点自己当小老板,然后买房成家;美容院工作的史岩希望拿到高级技师证书后,回老家自己开一家小美容店,再也不用为别人打工;而张琦则希望彻底摆脱工人生活,在无锡进入一家正规公司成为坐办公室的上班族。

大数据统计显示,95后新蓝领对现在工作的满意度不高,其中58.6%的都不是自己的理想职业,而在偏沟通服务类工作的新蓝领中,这一比例达到72.5%,主要由于工作没有上升空间,多数属于重复性劳动、缺乏挑战。

95后对新蓝领职业的信心度也偏低,仅6.1分(10分表示非常有信心);其中从事门槛低、重复性劳动多的新蓝领对职业未来发展的信心尤其低,相比而言,保险经纪人的信心度最高,为8.2分。

不过调查显示,95后新蓝领创业意愿强,占比47.1%,其次是从事白领/高级白领或当自由职业者,分别占比21.0%、17.8%;调查发现,男性更向往创业,而女性希望成为白领的比例明显高于男性。
