2015 China toll road statistics: Highway entirely free yet?

As of September 20, China's 29 provinces, announced the toll roads in 2015 published statistics. Grooming report we found that at the end of last year, 29 provinces, toll road debt outstanding totals 4,449,368,000,000, the balance was negative. 2015年中国收费公路统计公报：公路能全免费通行吗？

　　截至9月20日，中国29个省区市公布了2015年收费公路统计公布。梳理报告我们发现，截至去年底，29个省区市收费公路债务余额总计44493.68亿元，收支平衡均为负数。全年支出中大约七成用于偿还债务本金和利息，用于养护的费用占比还不到7%。

　　已公布数据的各省比较，福建省收费公路为偿还债务花的钱，占总支出的比例最高，达到88.7%。与此同时，福建用于养护公路的费用仅占总支出4.1%。整个29省的平均数字，也不过是6.9%。

　　与此同时，2015年，由于重大节假日小型客车免费通行等其他政策性减免，29省区市共减免公路收费554.52亿元。
