中国空军在飞向远海，加快战略转型(图)

　　中新社深圳9月22日电  (钟汉荣 周婧)中国空军新闻发言人申进科大校22日在深圳特区国防论坛上介绍，空军以提升实战化训练水平为牵引，飞越岛链、管控东海、战巡南海、砺剑高原，同时加快成体系发展高新武器装备，推进空军战略转型由量变积累向质变跨越。
　　介绍“飞越岛链”情况时，申进科说，2015年3月30日，空军轰-6K飞机首次飞经巴士海峡赴西太平洋远海训练。从那时以来，空军航空兵5次飞出第一岛链演兵西太平洋，出动了轰炸机、歼击机、预警机、加油机等多型战机，其中3次飞越巴士海峡，2次飞越宫古海峡。依照相关国际法和国际实践，空军将常态化组织航空兵飞出第一岛链远海训练。
　　谈到“管控东海”时，申进科说，2013年11月23日，中华人民共和国东海防空识别区公布划设当天，空军就进行了首次空中警巡。近3年来，空军一直保持常态化空中警巡。对进入防空识别区的外国军机进行了监视掌握和识别判性，根据不同空中威胁采取相应措施，维护了国家空防安全。空军将继续毫不松懈地实施东海防空识别区空中警巡，坚决捍卫中国的正当合法权益。
　　关于“战巡南海”，申进科表示，南海诸岛自古以来就是中国领土，中国在南海的主权和权益不容侵犯，空军航空兵赴南海战斗巡航已经实现常态化。今年7月中旬，空军出动轰-6K飞机赴黄岩岛等岛礁附近空域进行了战斗巡航，歼击机、侦察机、空中加油机等一同遂行任务，达成了战斗巡航目的。根据有效履行空军使命任务的需要，空军航空兵赴南海战斗巡航，将继续常态化进行。
　　申进科说，着眼维护国家安全、保障和平发展，空军按照“空天一体、攻防兼备”战略要求，实现国土防空型向攻防兼备型转变，构建适应信息化作战需要的空天防御力量体系，全面提高战略预警、空中打击、防空反导、信息对抗、空降作战、战略投送和综合保障能力。
　　申进科还表示，空军战略转型进程中，武器装备经历了量变的积累期，已经或正在发生质变。近几年，先进战斗机、大型运输机、空中预警机、加油机、先进地空导弹等具有世界先进水平的高新技术武器装备相继列装，远程远海作战能力和基于信息系统的体系作战能力显著增强。
