答：气候变化问题是人类面临的共同挑战，需要国际社会合作应对。去年底达成的《巴黎协定》为下阶段全球合作应对气候变化明确了方向。
作为负责任的发展中大国，中国积极参与应对气候变化多边进程，为推动达成《巴黎协定》作出了积极贡献。前不久中方向联合国正式交存了参加《巴黎协定》的批准书，作出了新的庄严承诺。中方欢迎更多的国家参加协定，以切实的努力推动协定早日生效。
中方愿与各方继续保持沟通与合作，推动协定的有效实施，推进协定后续谈判，促进国际应对气候变化事业向前发展。
问：我们知道，最近，刚果（金）首都金沙萨的骚乱持续升级，造成多人死伤，以及一些中国商铺被抢。昨天联合国安理会还讨论了刚果（金）形势。中方对刚果（金）当前局势有何评论？是否发布了安全提醒？
答：中方注意到刚果（金）局势发展。我们欢迎刚果（金）有关政治力量积极推进全国包容性政治对话。我们支持刚果（金）有关各方通过对话协商等和平方式表达诉求、解决分歧，希望有关各方共同维护国家来之不易的和平稳定局面。
在近日金沙萨骚乱中，一些中国商铺被抢，另外还有一些中国公民被困。事发后，我们高度重视。中方已要求刚果（金）政府严惩肇事者，采取切实措施，保护在刚果（金）的中国公民和企业机构的人身财产安全和合法权益。我们驻刚果（金）使馆已经协调当地军警部门积极营救被困同胞。目前，被困同胞处于安全之中。
中国外交部和驻刚果（金）使馆已经发布提醒，要求中国公民近期谨慎前往刚果（金），在当地的中国公民应加强安全防范，并尽快转移至安全地带。
