　　随后，抓捕人员马不停蹄地赶往该团伙位于增城区荔城街的落脚点，最终在两间出租房内抓获团伙成员8名，并缴获毒资10万余元。专案组经过进一步侦查，又迅速出击赶往梅州，在梅州通往福建的高速路口抓获两名闻风而逃的嫌疑人，当场缴获毒资200万元。

　　9月12日，增城警方通过审讯，梳理出了该制毒团伙一名主要成员列某的线索，并于凌晨在增城区石滩镇将其抓获，随后该团伙的另外3名嫌疑人也落网。

　　一周多制毒500多公斤

　　该团伙成员构成复杂，涉及广东、福建等多个地区。团伙为了保证毒品的产量和质量，不惜高薪聘请有制毒前科的人员担任工厂的制毒技师，并且广泛寻找能够提供制毒原料和工具的供应商，最后通过勾结增城当地人，利用当地人地熟人熟的特点，为其物色隐蔽场所，承包了一块人迹罕至的山林作为加工地点，以养羊作为掩护，掩盖毒品气味，打消村民的怀疑。

　　据嫌疑人交代，仅从9月1日正式生产至10日被捣毁，短短一周多的时间，他们就制造出了冰毒成品531.42公斤、半成品2020.633公斤，幸好这些毒品还没来得及流出工厂，就被警方全部查获。

　　案情概况

　　9月10日，广州增城警方在该区一山林内捣毁了一个制毒工场，抓获制毒犯罪嫌疑人10名，查获毒品成品530多公斤，半成品2吨多，以及原材料、制毒工具一大批，毒资210多万元。

　　9月20日，广州与福建三明市警方联合出击，将该犯罪集团重量级的制毒“师傅”张某红抓捕归案。

　　9月21日，广州与三明警方联手捣毁了该犯罪集团在福建宁化某地建的另一个制毒工场。并在江西省捣毁1个存放毒品的仓库。

　　至此，从运输毒品嫌疑人，到制毒主犯及重量级的制毒“师傅”全部到案，使这个涉五国三省七市的特大制造贩卖走私毒品犯罪集团系列案全线告破。警方先后抓获集团成员21人，境内主要犯罪嫌疑人全部落网。该案自始发起，至重量级毒枭落网，历时6个月又10天。

　　广州毒情下降8%

　　广州市公安局副局长谢哲元介绍，今年以来，广州持续组织开展禁毒整治百日行动，全力扭转部分地区毒情突出的局面，全面遏制广州毒品问题发展蔓延。目前，第一个禁毒整治百日行动取得了阶段性成效。

　　据介绍，今年以来，广州共破获毒品案件2663宗，同比上升7%；依法刑事拘留毒品犯罪嫌疑人3388人，逮捕2376人，同比分别上升10%、5%。根据省“雷霆扫毒”专项行动成效评价办法，广州市1-8月排名全省第一；根据广州市毒情测评7项数据测算，全市和白云区毒情测评分别下降8%和14%，全国（除广州外）缴毒50克以上案件毒源地指向广州和白云区的分别同比下降28%、23%，实现了“打击上升、毒情下降”的工作预期。

　　今年以来还侦破涉外毒品案件23宗，抓获外国籍犯罪嫌疑人40名，缴获各类毒品250公斤，同比分别上升35%、122%、422%，涉外涉毒犯罪打击成效明显上升。

　　今年以来，还捣毁制毒场点13个（制毒工厂6个、制毒窝点7个），抓获嫌疑人35名，缴获各类毒品及制毒工具、原料一大批。其中大部分场点都是在设立3个月内便被捣毁，有的还没进行生产便被摧毁。
