国民党高层：现金遭冻结 国民党随时可能倒店关门

　　中新网9月22日电  据台湾“中央社”报道，国民党考纪会主委刘汉廷21日表示，“党产委员会”冻结国民党现金，国民党发不出薪水，现金枯竭，随时可能倒店关门。

　　台“行政院不当党产处理委员会主委”顾立雄21日上午表示，“政党及其附随组织不当取得财产处理条例”8月10日公布后，国民党隔天就在永丰商业银行临柜提领5.2亿元(新台币，下同)，换开面额5200万元的台湾银行支票10张。

　　国民党秘书长莫天虎下午在中常会后表示，“党产委员会”已通知金融机构支票止付，但台银本票视同现金，持有人可以兑换，银行基于义务也应该兑换；国民党还是会去提领，若真有问题，会诉诸法律行动。

　　莫天虎说，原本期望与党工沟通精简、调薪，但现阶段不可能了，“党产委员会”不让国民党走下去，国民党不排除诉讼、上街头抗争。

　　国民党考纪会主委刘汉廷表示，“党产委员会”要求不管谁前往，银行都不能兑现这10张本票，这要求不合法。“党产委员会”将国民党现金冻结，这半个月、1个月，撑不下去，随时可能倒店。

　　他说，国民党已提出“释宪”，希望“大法官会议”做出暂时处分，一定要尽速处理，因为国民党到了随时可能关门的地步。

　　国民党行管会主委邱大展表示，“党产委员会”请永丰银行帮忙审查，要求3天内提报国民党账户是否符合正当理由，怎可要求银行代为行使公权力，有点荒唐。

　　邱大展表示，提领5.2亿元是考虑1个月薪水支付3000万元，且不知会有多少党工恐慌性退休，因此宽列劳退旧制准备金、劳健保费用，大致抓5.2亿元。

　　此外，“党产委员会”10月7日举办听证会，邱大展说，“党产委员会”从委员到职员全都绿油油，连举办听证邀请的证人，除了他之外，也是绿油油；“党产委员会”早已认定，还需要办听证吗？听证是否公正，大家可以判断。
