　　据郄马镇北郄马村村民称，和石洪溢家的耕地一同被强占的，在北郄马村还有多人，共涉及耕地130多亩，耕地被征收后的用途，他们并不清楚。

　　8日上午，在郄马镇的一间小店内，54岁的石洪溢回忆起那晚的事发经过依然浑身颤抖。石洪溢的门牙被打掉，说起话来口齿不清。近一个小时的沟通后，记者才听明白了事发的经过。

　　石洪溢告诉记者，就在事发前一天下午，郄马镇的镇长王一军带领着副镇长、包村干部魏广宇和北郄马村党支部书记、代村主任石军还来过他家，“他们问我签不签征地协议，我说征地协议只约定了耕地的补偿标准为6万一亩，却没有对我的大棚和果树做出赔偿，我不能签，说完他们就走了。”

　　一位不愿透露姓名的村民告诉记者，事发前晚11时许，他曾看到四辆施工车辆及不明身份人员聚集在石洪溢大棚周边。当夜，这些车辆开进田地内，对大棚及果树进行了破坏。

　　记者查询石洪溢的立案信息得知，石洪溢被打当天，石家庄市公安局郄马派出所受理了此案，4月25日，当地警方就此事以“石洪溢被破坏生产经营案”进行立案。其后经法医鉴定，石洪溢的人身医学损伤程度为轻伤一级，该案已属于刑事案件。

　　在石洪溢提供的一份落款为“北郄马党支部村委会”的《通知》上记者看到，“根据高新区工委区政府和郄马镇党委镇政府加快项目进度的指示精神，经我村党支部研究决定，定于2016年3月16日至2016年3月26日为各被征地户签协议时间。”

　　记者从石家庄高新区国土资源管理局获悉，按照高新区相关规定，所有征地事宜都会在高新区官网上进行公告公示。然而，记者在高新区官网上查遍了2016年的高新区征地公告，均未发现与此处耕地有关的文件公告。
