据报道，锤子科技投资方抱团创投母公司为成都尼毕鲁科技股份有限公司(Tap4Fun)，该公司近期因拟上交所创业板上市，在公司提交的招股书中，旗下全资子公司抱团创投相关数据对外披露。抱团创投2015年3月16日以3,000万元人民币投资锤子科技，并获得锤子科技1.13%的股权。所以本次披露的相关数据中，也包含了锤子科技近两年的部分财务数据。

根据披露的锤子科技财务数据显示，锤子科技2015年全年亏损4.62亿元，2016年上半年亏损1.92亿元（2016年半年报财务尚未审计）。同时，锤子科技的资产总额也由2015年年底的8.25亿元缩水至2016年6月30日的2.96亿元。
