作为锤子科技CEO,历经四个春秋,他几乎以一己之力从无到有做出一家公司,两个手机品牌,三款手机产品。一次又一次踩坑之后,罗永浩已经变得越来越成熟,像个企业家该有的样子,以前他总是在微博上大嘴巴,时不时炮轰一下友商,如今,对于第四款手机产品T3的发布,他三缄其口,甩出几句不痛不痒的话,却吊足了大家胃口。

可惜,市场不会给老罗时间去犯错,中国智能手机的框口期正在关闭,整个市场将在今年或明年见顶。但锤子科技还没找到通往这扇窗口的捷径,即将问世的T3,最终发布时间也将比外界的预期要晚不少。

T3还有机会吗?

手机销量上看,T1上市一年只卖了25万台,坚果手机只卖出不到100万台,T2销量也不会高于坚果手机

从财务数据来看,锤子科技2015年净亏损4.6亿元,2016年上半年亏损1.9亿元。其净资产从2015年的1.9亿元直接跌到最新的20万元。

一年半亏损6.5亿元,对锤子科技而言的确是笔不小的数字,因为要想赚回6.5亿元,即使即将发布的T3手机每部都能赚200元,那也需要卖出325万台,但对一个连千元机年销量都不足100万台的手机厂商,要将旗舰机卖出300万台以上几乎是不可能的事,因此,短期内就老罗已经不可能寄希望于依靠手机翻身了。

一位老罗的朋友、同时也是锤子竞品厂商的高管对腾讯科技表示,如果说中国智能手机市场最后只有5到7家能够活下来,老罗应该承认锤子不可能进入其中,这是一个很符合现实的公正评价。如果他接受了这个前提,然后不追求出货量,先赚到钱再说,没准反而能活下来。

锤子终将卖身?

根据锤子科技工今年6月的工商资料显示,罗永浩已将部分股权出质给阿里巴巴。这意味着,阿里巴巴已经以债权的形式向锤子投资,未来这部分债权可能会转化为股权。

有接近此次交易的人士当时向腾讯科技透露,罗永浩将股权质押给阿里巴巴,是阿里巴巴将要入股锤子的前奏。

然而,有不少消息称锤子科技既拿了阿里巴巴的资金,又拿了乐视的资金,但双方均不对外回应。不过,锤子的早期投资方投资方陌陌、紫辉创投和吴咏铭等乐见其成,因为他们已经急于助推锤子上市或被收购而实现退出。

去年4月,有消息称锤子科技投资人、紫辉创投创始人郑刚已经说服罗永浩让锤子科技挂牌新三板。至少,上新三板至少可以让最初的投资人实现部分退出。不过,此事最终也不了了之。

那么被其他公司并购是否就是很好的选择?罗永浩在今年7月接受《财经》杂志采访时也坦言,锤子科技未来最坏的结果也是被收购而不是倒闭。可见,公司卖身早已在罗永浩的考虑范畴内。

魅族科技副总裁李楠今年初曾表示,每当一个大的行业增长到达天花板时,都会产生行业并购。而今年夏天乐视并购酷派,已经印证了这一判断。

即便有阿里和乐视支持,锤子科技由于整体体量并不大,未来手机出货量也难以急速攀升,将其扶植做大的可能性较小,因而最有可能成为被吞并的对象。

那么,同样被阿里投资的魅族,是否有意向收购锤子呢?答案是否定的。李楠告诉腾讯科技,目前整个中国智能手机市场最好的并购标的是TCL,因为它在海外出货量很高,对手机厂商出海帮助非常大,其次是美图、朵维这种针对某一特定人群的手机厂商,最后也许是360和锤子,但价格都太高。

对乐视而言,已经收购了酷派,加强了与乐视移动的协同,同样没有再收购锤子的必要性。如果乐视收购了锤子,最终还是为了将罗永浩招致麾下。

实际上锤子并一定非要卖掉,因为罗永浩仍然拥有庞大的粉丝群体,并不是没有机会,比如可以考虑走美图的路,针对某一性别的用户做一款特定的手机,然后每一款都做到挣钱,就能保证活下来。

锤子在中国手机市场已经没有多大机会,但如果罗永浩顺着圈内好友刘作虎的一加手机走过的海外之路,也往海外市场发展,没准能遇到另一片天。
