记者从王先生处了解到,卖家姓郑,是湖北武汉人。昨日,记者通过王先生提供的联系方式联系上郑先生,他并不承认恶意泄露顾客隐私,并表示“不会骚扰顾客”。

重庆洛书律师事务所律师段勤表示,在该事件中,卖家恶意泄露买家身份证信息和手机号等,属于恶意侵犯他人隐私,行为违反了中国《治安管理处罚法》,可被处以罚款、10日以下拘留。举证方面,他建议买家向法院提起诉讼,申请由法院或律师来帮助调查。
