9月22日消息，日前，滴滴公布了2016《移动出行与司机就业报告》。报告显示，今天滴滴平台已经有超过1500万司机，覆盖了专快车、出租车、顺风车、代驾等多条业务线。在这些司机中，拥有家庭和孩子的70、80后男性成为主力军，另有超过186万女性群体工作在滴滴平台上。
以专快车为例，“80后”成为司机主力军，占比达到46%，“70后”占比达到32%，在滴滴平台上获得经济收入成为很多年轻人的选择。利用闲暇时间“顺路接单、闲时接单”，赚外快补贴家用成为司机就业的最主要目的，超过3成司机因此加入了网约车行业。此外，有超过2成的司机认为“专职做司机更轻松”，9%的司机认为在滴滴平台上接单能够“多认识朋友”，出于移动出行的社交属性加入了这个行业。
数据还显示，滴滴平台上司机多数为高中及以上学历。因为以“自由职业”为主，这个行业吸纳了很多因传统行业调整或者因生意不景气而转移过来的人群。在广州、上海、杭州等地，专快车司机拥有本省籍贯的比例都超过6城，本地户籍的身份使他们更熟悉路况，能为乘客带来更高品质更有效率的出行服务。
滴滴政策研究院院长张贝表示，移动出行的新经济模式发挥了就业蓄水池和社会稳定器的作用，展现出“进入门槛低”、“灵活性高”和“收入有保障”三个就业特征。
