知情人士指同种“切胃手术”切口在肚脐内
此前媒体刊文指，陈光标之所以能在3个月内，减掉了52斤体重，实际上与专业减重中心的切胃手术有关。
新京报记者获得一份疑似陈光标的病历表。其中显示，一身高170厘米，体重87.8千克，名为“陈光标”的男子，在北京酒仙桥地区的一家减重中心内进行了单切口袖状胃手术。
病历表共有5页。其中提及，2015年9月13日术后，患者才能逐渐从清流开始转向流质食物，3个月后可恢复正常饮食。
该减重中心工作人员向新京报记者表示，该中心能够执行的减脂手术方式共有11种，其中包括了单切口袖状胃手术。这种手术术后3个月后即能明显看出减重效果，1年左右体重即能达到常态。
至少3名以上来自医院和接近陈光标的消息人士透露，陈光标在该所减重中心进行过减重手术。一消息人士称，自己曾见过这份病历表，陈手术的开口位于肚脐，术后缝上了可吸收线，当时腹部就毫无痕迹，只有部分可吸收缝合线露出线头。术后，他在病房躺了数天，期间一直只能定时饮水，不断有反呕情况出现，此后才在秘书陪同下离开减重中心。
“切胃”还是“清白”仍待证明
陈光标在此前举行的新闻发布会上，明确否认了手术减肥的说法。他称，自己从来没有做过任何减肥手术，更没有进行过所谓的切胃手术，他的身上也没有任何刀疤和孔眼。

新京报记者注意到，疑对陈光标手术的减重中心台籍黄姓医生，在无疤痕减重手术属业界权威。
24日，黄医生接受新京报记者采访时表示，此类手术准确应称为“单孔经脐无疤痕腹腔镜手术”，与传统腹腔镜手术不同，所产生的疤痕隐藏于脐部，加之脐部有天然皱褶，愈合后非常隐蔽，难以发现，也被称为无疤痕减重手术。实操中，由于肥胖者体内脂肪过多，器官肥大，可能需要配合肝脏悬吊技术，目前国际上能够主刀此类手术的医生少之又少。
“无疤痕手术的特色就是几乎见不到伤口疤痕。”黄医生告诉新京报记者，不翻肚脐的话看不出来，如果仔细检查肚脐当然可以看出痕迹，而腹部CT则可以见到胃部手术的痕迹。
就其是否曾参与陈光标相关手术问题，他表示该问题牵涉到病患隐私，不能回答这一问题。
截至发稿，新京报记者通过电话和短信的方式，均试图联系陈光标，但对方尚未就该说法做出回应。
