虽然是“鸽笼房”,却也有厨卫,工作人员介绍厨卫空间是开发商赠送的。不过,因为户型不方正,只有在房门关着的情况下才能走进厨房和卫生间。

现场销售人员介绍,侨城尚寓是1998年的土地,70年产权,属于标准的限购限贷住宅类产品。昨日这9套“鸽笼房”开售价格为一口价88万元每套起,均价达到15万元每平方米,昨日一个上午基本就卖光。
