9月26日，记者从浙江省中国公安部门获悉，日前，随着最后一批犯罪嫌疑人被押解回浙江温州，温州瓯海“5.23”专案组已共抓获归案侵犯公民个人信息犯罪嫌疑人43名，一个涉及30余亿条公民个人各类信息数据、遍布中国各地保险、微商、广告推广等多个行业的非法买卖公民个人信息犯罪利益团伙被摧毁。
2016年5月下旬，温州瓯海公安分局网警大队在日常网络巡查中，发现有人网上在大肆贩卖“含瓯海本地辖区的公民个人信息”，网警大队随即对该条线索进行经营。经过一段时间的侦查，民警查清贩卖信息的对象并不是单独作案，而是组织严密的团伙作案。
在温州市公安局网安支队的大力支持下，瓯海网警先后在合肥、天津两地抓获贩卖公民个人信息的犯罪嫌疑人郑某、张某等4人，成功破获该起贩卖公民个人信息案件。

目前，上述犯罪嫌疑人均已被依法采取刑事强制措施，案件还在进一步侦查中。
