　　9月26日，中国教育部教育涉外监管信息网发布了2016年第2号和第3号留学预警，内容分别是美国ITT技术学院被美中国教育部禁止招收新生和美国旧金山湾区一所高中涉嫌欺诈我留学生，已被美多个部门调查。

　　根据中国教育部2016年第2号留学预警：美国中国教育部8月25日宣布禁止ITT技术学院（ITT Tech）招收新生，主要原因是该校经济状况窘迫，主要收入依靠申请联邦政府贷款；学校教学管理混乱，无法达到认证标准。ITT技术学院是一所私立赢利性教育机构，由ITT教育服务公司（ITT Education Services，Inc.）创办于1946年， 在美国38个州设立了130个校园，可颁发副学士、学士和硕士（仅限商科）学位，部分校园可招收国际学生。

　　2016年第3号留学预警则指出，据中国驻旧金山总领馆消息，美国旧金山湾区利佛山谷特许预科高中（Livermore Valley Charter Preparatory) 涉嫌欺诈我留学生，已被美多个部门调查。利佛山谷特许预科高中目前由当地一家教育公司“三谷学习公司”（ThI-Valley Learning Corporation）代管。

　　据调查，利佛山谷特许预科高中在办学过程中存在违规行为，涉嫌超额收取国际学生学费，蓄意隐瞒国际学生数量，提前将国际学生赶出学校，甚至威胁、恐吓、辱骂中国学生等各类问题。近期，美国多个部门已对利佛山谷特许预科高中和三谷学习公司展开调查，美国西部院校协会(WASC)已经将利佛山谷特许预科高中的状态由“认证状态”调整为“保留状态”。若该校无法达到有关要求，将被取消认证资质。同时利佛山谷特许预科高中已被迫停止国际交换生项目。由于三谷学习公司被爆出受到多项指控，其管理的利弗莫尔地区的两所学校，利佛山谷特许预科高中、小学和初中的数百名学生家长已经开始将自己的孩子从该校转到其他公立学校。

　　中国教育部提醒预赴美国留学人员、家长和自费出国留学中介服务机构关注以上信息，以免自身权利受到影响。
