CNS, Fuzhou, September 28 (reporters and and Rong Yangdong)-28th 4:40 A.M., the 17th Typhoon of the year, "Catfish" in Huian County, Quanzhou city, Fujian province's coastal land. Under its influence, Fuzhou storms howling night, thunderstorms cause in Fuzhou City-wide water.

　　中新网福州9月28日电 （黄绿荣杨东）28日凌晨4时40分，今年第17号台风“鲇鱼”在福建省泉州市惠安县沿海登陆。受其影响，福州风雨呼啸一夜，持续暴雨导致福州市区大范围积水。

　　当天10点许，福州市晋安区鼓山镇鼓二村菜市场旁，一名瘫痪老人被困家中，急需转移。接到报警后，晋安区鼓山消防中队抗洪救援第三分队的官兵立即赶赴现场进行救援。

　　瘫痪老人所在一楼的积水已达到1米深，水位还在不断上涨，已经没至瘫痪床沿，由于瘫痪老人所在的房子空间比较狭窄，消防官兵只能利用担架将瘫痪老人固定好后，再涉水将其转移至安全区域。

　　经过半个小时的时间，消防官兵抬着老人涉水近1公里，成功将其转移到临时居住地。（完）
