近日，顺义一老人接到“警局”电话，险些将30万积蓄转给骗子以示清白，所幸被家人及时发现并报警。民警在电话中耐心规劝，制止了一起电信诈骗案件，避免了当事人巨额损失。
近日，顺义110指挥中心报警电话响起，报警人刘先生称自己的母亲遇到了诈骗电话，现在非要去银行给骗子汇款，怎么劝她也不肯听，于是他报警求助警方。
原来就在半个小时前，刘先生的母亲接到了一个陌生男子字打来电话。电话那头自称是“歌华有线”客服人员，说老人家里的歌华有线账户存在恶意欠费，并涉嫌参与 犯罪案件。随后转接到“警察”处，称事主身份可能被冒用，涉嫌洗黑钱、经济犯罪、诈骗等案件，需要事主接受调查并且保密，同时需要将所有资金转移到另一账 户暂时冻结。“警官”还表示如果对“警官”身份有所怀疑可以对来电号码进行核实，看看是不是公安局的电话。信以为真的老人正要按照对方的要求去汇款，被一直联系不上母亲而赶回家的刘先生发现并及时报了警。
110勤务指挥处的查警官在得知刘先生的报警缘由后，让刘先生把电话给其母亲，她来规劝老人家：“您好，我是顺义公安局勤务指挥中心民警，您遇到的是一种典型冒 充警察的诈骗手段，您千万不要相信他们。您听我说，我是一名真正的警察，公安机关在办理案件过程中一定会当面向您出示证件表明身份，而且也不能在电话中办 案或向任何人透露案情……”经过10多分钟的劝说，老人终于醒悟了并连连向民警道谢。

警方提示：目前，诈骗手段花样百出，各种骗术层出不穷。有些不法分子通过改号软件，将来电号码改成各种机关、执法部门的号码，骗取受害人的信任，然后实施诈 骗。市民如果接到有疑问的电话，要冷静分析、辨明真伪，要及时向家人、亲友进行咨询。同时，市民也可以直接拨打“110”或者属地派出所电话咨询，警方将 会及时给予帮助。
