东部战区驻浙江部队千人投入丽水救援(图)

　　中新网丽水9月29日电  (王余根 程永亮 安丰达 刘苑)28日17时30分许，浙江丽水遂昌县北界镇苏村发生山体滑坡灾害，房屋坍塌、人员失联、河流成堰，情况十分危急。东部战区领导获悉情况后，及时向浙江省领导了解灾情和地方救援用兵需求。战区联合作战指挥中心展开情况会商，研究解决指挥协调、兵力运用等问题。

　　截至29日20时，东部战区科学指挥战区陆军、浙江省军区驻浙部队官兵和民兵预备役人员近千人，携带工程机械20余台、车辆60余台投入救援。
　　


　　28日21时许，第1集团军某旅工化营出动170余名官兵、20余台车辆和工程机械，星夜冒雨驰援丽水。滑坡导致高速路段被冲毁，救援部队改道后抵达。山体滑坡阻断流经苏村的一条河流，导致受灾现场形成一处大堰塞湖，车辆装备无法进入。经过现场勘查和卫星图像对比，该旅出动3台冲锋舟，轮流搭载人员进入灾区搜救。29日11时许，第1集团军某师派出救援先遣组抵达。


　　灾情就是命令，浙江省军区10余支民兵应急分队600余人闻令而动、多路驰援。省军区和丽水军分区派出前进指挥组，赶赴灾区协调指挥，会同地方有关部门展开灾情勘察，研究救援方案。29日晚，丽水市遂昌县人武部应急民兵连30名民兵，徒步进入塌方周边展开搜救和警戒工作，连续奋战10余小时。


　　缙云、云和、松阳、龙泉等周边县市紧急调集民兵，浙江某预备役工兵团近百名官兵快速集结，义乌民兵应急救援队、多次出国救援的杭州公羊队等有着丰富救援经验的民兵分队，携带水上救护艇、热成像仪、应急箱组等专业救援设备赶赴现场救援。
