浙江遂昌山体滑坡塌方量达40万方 27人失踪

　　中新网丽水9月29日电  (记者 邵燕飞 奚金燕 李倩倩)受台风“鲇鱼”影响，9月28日晚，浙江省丽水市遂昌县北界镇苏村发生山体滑坡灾害。29日上午9时，遂昌县委、县政府发布遂昌县北界镇苏村村山体滑坡灾害情况通报。

　　据情况通报，2016年9月28日17时28分左右，遂昌县北界镇苏村村发生山体滑坡，造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。

　　据目前掌握情况，山体滑坡塌方量40余万立方米，20户房屋被埋，17户房屋进水，3名群众获救，10名群众成功脱险，27名人员失联，其中1名为转移群众的镇干部。连夜转移附近群众1460余人，集中安置125人，受灾群众得到妥善安置。

　　情况通报表示，山体滑坡处为地质灾害隐患点，9月27日，即灾害发生前一天，已经组织转移15人，灾害发生当天，当地镇干部再次前往转移群众，在转移过程中发生山体滑坡。

　　灾情发生后，丽水市、遂昌县迅速启动地质灾害特别重大Ⅰ级响应，立即成立抢险救援指挥部，下设综合协调、抢险救灾、医疗救护等10个专项工作组，同时成立现场指挥部，迅速组织省、市、县各方力量开展综合救援。目前，遂昌正集中各方力量，全力搜救失联人员，驻浙部队、公安、武警、消防、通讯、电力、卫生、乡镇、村等各方力量1200余人，在现场紧急抢险救援，并调集挖掘机21台、抽水机4台、铲车4辆、发电机7台等救援设备和物资。

　　但是山体滑坡形成了堰塞湖，水位快速上涨，威胁救援行动，导致大型救援设备无法开展作业。

　　情况通报表示，目前，指挥部已经制订排险方案，堰塞湖排险工作已全面展开，防止次生灾害发生；全力做好受灾群众生活安置等相关工作。同时，对该县地质灾害隐患点进行全面排查，做好群测群防和隐患整治。

　　浙江省委书记夏宝龙第一时间作了批示，代省长车俊、副省长孙景淼、省军区司令员冯文平，丽水市、遂昌县党政主要领导第一时间赶赴现场指挥救援工作。
