王志辉涉嫌冒充中国移动客服诈骗600万元

王志辉，男，汉族，1988年12月6日出生，户籍地址：福建省石狮市永宁镇下宅一区29号。
2013年6月，王志辉在福建省泉州市注册成立泉州市宏德通讯科技有限公司，代理经营通讯相关业务。2015年12月以来，王志辉为获取更大利益，招募30余名业务员，冒充中国移动客服人员，以398元换取400元话费充值卡及一台榨汁机等礼品为诱饵，骗取福建、浙江、湖南及广东等多省1万余名中国移动用户共计600余万元。福建省莆田市公安局立案侦查后，先后在泉州市、石狮市2处诈骗窝点抓获30余名犯罪嫌疑人，主犯王志辉畏罪潜逃。9月28日21时，迫于中国公安部A级通缉令的压力，犯罪嫌疑人王志辉在福建省莆田市向公安机关投案自首。
谢建海涉嫌为电信网络诈骗团伙转账洗钱1亿余元

2016年6月2日，江苏省常州市发生一起冒充“公检法”机关实施的电信网络诈骗案件，事主姚某某被骗汇款500万元。经江苏省公安机关侦查，发现福建龙岩籍谢建海有重大作案嫌疑，同时还发现其涉嫌伙同他人为电信网络诈骗团伙转账洗钱，涉案金额高达1亿余元。2016年9月29日凌晨2时许，迫于中国公安部A级通缉令的威慑及龙岩市公安机关的追捕压力，犯罪嫌疑人谢建海在福建省厦门市向追捕组投案自首。
目前，案件正在进一步审查中。
