受贿金额在1000万元以下的只有3人，分别是陕西省政协原副主席祝作利涉案854万余元、江西省人大常委会原副主任陈安众涉案810万余元、湖北省政协原副主席陈柏槐涉案283万余元。
与往年相比，今年出现最贪“老虎”。排在第一的为中国人大环境与资源保护委员会原副主任委员白恩培，被控受贿超2.4亿元创下纪录，轻松赶超受贿1.29亿元的周永康。排在第二的是朱明国，受贿金额1.41亿余元。
