邓小平女儿邓楠卸任正部级岗位后担任什么工作
9月25日，一口“大锅”在贵州省黔南布依族苗族自治州平塘县落成启用，习近平发去了贺信。
“大锅”是百姓对它的俗称，其实它有一个很学术的名字：500米口径球面射电望远镜，简称FAST。按照设计，这口“大锅”能够“看”到远在137亿光年的星体，被称为瞄准地外生命的“中国天眼”。
“中国天眼”落成启用5天后，邓小平之女邓楠以中国政协常委、教科文卫体委员会副主任身份，率领中国科协高层专家考察团来到贵州。
29日，贵州省委书记陈敏尔、省长孙志刚，在贵阳会见了邓楠率领的中国科协高层专家考察团。
会见过程中，邓楠说：FAST的建成投用体现了中国综合国力和整体科技水平的大幅提升，标志着中国在天文领域取得了重要突破，意义重大、令人振奋。希望贵州把握机遇、借力用力,推动科技创新和各项事业发展取得更大成就。
年过七旬的邓楠，是科技系统成长起来的领导干部，2011年4月卸任正部级岗位、中国科协党组书记一职，迄今已有5年多。
卸任5年来，素来低调的邓楠一般在两种场合露面：中国两会和中国政协的调研等活动中。
卸任后：科研，还是科研
卸任中国科协党组书记一个多月后，在2011年6月的政协十一届中国委员会常委会第十四次会议上，邓楠被增补为政协第十一届中国委员会委员，并被任命为中国政协教科文卫体委员会副主任。
两年后，在2013年3月的政协十二届一次会议上，邓楠与李先念之女李小林等，当选中国政协常委。
担任中国政协教科文卫体委员会副主任以来，邓楠经常到各地调研，调研主题多与科研有关。
这次去贵州之前，今年7月，中国政协副主席王家瑞率队，就“加强基础研究，推动原始创新”主题，到中国科学院高能物理研究所、物理研究所/北京凝聚态物理国家实验室(筹)进行考察和座谈，还调研了中国第一个大科学装置北京正负电子对撞机。
邓楠就在王家瑞率队的调研团中。
在调研座谈会上，她介绍了这次调研活动的背景，表示：配合创新型国家建设是政协委员主动发挥作用的体现。今年以来，中国政协组织政协委员考察了很多大科学工程和国家实验室，中国政协愿意帮助科技工作者向国家建言献策，在推动国家基础研究方面发挥作用。
此前，邓楠还先后到北京国家现代农业科技城、北京市第三十五中学，以及上海、安徽、四川、重庆等地，调研农业园区建设、科普教育、科普产业开发等。
作为十一届中国政协委员、十二届中国政协常委，自2012年以来，每年中国两会邓楠都会出席，数次在全体会议、分组讨论等场合见过邓楠。不过，她很少接受媒体专访，所提的建议也常与科研有关。
今年中国两会，邓楠就提出，“创新驱动发展根本在科技创新，基础在全民科学素质”，建议将公民科学素质发展指标纳入国家“十三五”规划。
2014年，邓楠曾与老同事、中国科协原副主席齐让，联名建议建立专业化职业化护理队伍。
齐让接受采访时表示，提交该份提案、填写是否需要书面回复时，邓楠的意见是，不用。邓楠说，意见若被采纳了，不回复也行;要是不被采纳，回复也是白搭。
“这是邓楠的风格，也是邓老爷子留下的家风”，齐让说，邓楠认为哪怕一年就一两个提案，如果都落实了，那就很好，“(邓楠)很务实，讲话办事直截了当，不拖泥带水;考虑问题有宏观思路。”

公开履历显示，邓楠生于1945年10月，1969年毕业于北京大学物理系物理专业，1970年至1973年在陕西汉中地区劳动。
陕西日报2011年2月刊发的《邓小平女儿邓楠在宁强的日子》，讲述了邓楠在陕西插队的故事。
文中写到：当地(宁强县高寨子公社，现高寨子镇)人们介绍说，邓楠个头不高，体态丰满，操四川口音，酷似其父，由于她说的四川话，很容易和当地社员沟通。当年，邓楠还被选为宁强县上山下乡知识青年积极分子，“爱穿件大花格子布衣服在农村妇女行列中参加集体劳动，如搞梯田建设或晒粮食等，你根本觉察不出那是一位来自北京高干的女儿”。
文中记录，邓楠干活绝无迟到早退、挑三拣四、拈轻怕重的现象，拾柴禾开始只能背小小的一捆，且斜挂在背上，当地人风趣地说，那简直就像斜扛了一支长枪。但后来，她逐渐适应走山路，也能背三四十斤柴禾。
从汉中返京后，邓楠一直在科技系统工作，历任中国科学院自动化研究所、半导体研究所研究实习员，国家科委政策研究室干部，国家科委政策局副处长、副局长，国家科委社会发展司司长。
1991年11月，邓楠走上国家科委副主任岗位，7年后出任科技部副部长。2004年10月，邓楠来到科协，任党组书记，成为正部级官员，其后还曾兼任中国科协书记处第一书记、中国科协常务副主席，直到2011年66岁时卸任。其在科技系统工作了近40年。
据《科技日报》报道，邓楠在科协工作的6年多时间(2004年10月至2011年5月)，主持科协日常工作，“她倾尽心力建设中国科协这个'科技工作者之家'，给科协工作带来巨大的改变”。
报道称，邓楠担任中国科协书记处第一书记后，中国科协提出了“三服务一加强”的定位(即服务经济社会发展;服务提高全民科技素质;服务科技工作者;加强自身建设)。
“她工作务实，平常话不多，但总能说到点子上”，中国科协调宣部一位工作人员接受采访时说，邓楠在发言中总是爱用最平实的话，而不喜欢华丽的辞藻。一次起草《中国科协关于加强企业科协工作若干意见》文件时，文中有一句“技术革新往往成为重大技术突破的先声”，报送给邓楠后，改成“小技术往往解决大问题”。
2011年4月，在宣布邓楠卸任中国科协党组书记的中国科协机关、直属单位干部大会上，时任中组部常务副部长沈跃跃，和接替邓楠担任中国科协党组书记的陈希(现任中组部常务副部长)，均对邓楠给予了高度评价。
沈跃跃表示：邓楠政治立场坚定，大局意识强，注意从政治上分析、思考和把握问题，自觉与党中央保持高度一致。
陈希表示：邓楠对人民群众有深厚的感情，处事公道，为人正派，关心同志，廉洁自律，团结带领一班人，充分调动各方面积极性，开展了卓有成效的工作，为科协的发展作出了重要贡献。中国科协正处于历史上最好的发展时期之一。
忆父亲：“他的心很年轻”
邓小平与卓琳育有五个孩子，其中，邓朴方、邓质方是男孩;三个女孩，邓林是画家，邓楠是国家公务员，邓榕是作家和社会活动家。
《广安日报》发自今年8月的一篇报道称，邓楠比大姐邓林小4岁，比妹妹邓榕大5岁，“从小聪慧灵巧。在邓家的三个女儿中，邓楠从小受到父母的厚爱和重视，她在工作岗位上勤勤恳恳、雷厉风行，几乎没人看出她是党和国家领导人的子女”。
1992年邓小平南巡时，邓楠与邓榕曾陪同。
2014年8月，邓小平诞辰110周年纪念日前夕，邓楠曾在人民日报刊文《我们心中的父亲》，其中写道：邓小平发表南巡讲话时，“我们那时候陪在父亲身边，真的感到他是在用尽自己的生命来讲那些话。时值88岁的老人家，讲得多激动、多恳切、多用心啊!他真是付出了自己的所有感情，甚至最后的一点精力。这次谈话以后，父亲的身体状态在很短的时间里急转直下，再也没有缓过来。父亲正是用这种拼命精神，完成他对社会主义的历史任务，完成他的政治交代”。
文中还讲述了邓小平75岁登黄山的故事。
“我们对他说，老爷子你年纪这么大了，给你准备一个滑竿，要是爬不动了一定要坐滑竿，不要勉强”，邓楠称，“父亲话不多，只是干脆地说'我能走!'登黄山对我们还算年轻的人，都是很累人的事。父亲其实也非常累，下山以后腿肿了整整一个月。下了黄山以后，他说了一句话：'黄山这一课，证明我完全合格。'他不只把登黄山看作是体力上能不能上去的问题，而是要表达他为党为人民工作的决心和那种坚持不懈、永远向上的精神”。
“父亲喜欢打台球，喜欢打桥牌、游泳，喜欢寄情山水名胜，喜欢一切美好的事物”，邓楠写到，此前她也曾表示，“父亲喜欢春天，喜欢孩子，喜欢新鲜事物，喜欢一切有朝气的东西”;“他的心很年轻。”
2009年8月，在《永远的小平》主题影展系列活动开幕式暨卓琳同志追思会上，邓楠发言中表示，已遵照母亲遗愿，将她的骨灰撒向大海，“那一刻，我们都真切地感受到，在万顷波涛的拥簇中，父亲和母亲终于又相聚了。从此，他们将不再分离，在无垠的大海中得到永生。”
发现，陕西日报2011年2月刊发的《邓小平女儿邓楠在宁强的日子》，还讲述了邓楠的家庭。
当年，邓楠与同学张宏(后成为邓楠的丈夫)一起来到宁强县高寨子公社插队。文中记述，张宏“中等身材，结实，干练，会武功，尤长于挥刀舞剑之术，在北京大学与邓楠同班。他家住江苏农村，其父是一个憨厚朴实的农民，还会做砖烧瓦的手艺”。
文中称，由于张宏爱和年轻人一起劳动，肯吃苦，肯吃力，当地干部和群众都喜欢和他接近。他也经常模仿宁强口音学说宁强话，与人开开玩笑。休闲时间，人们少不了要他表演一段拳术或剑术，且每求必应，他的表演总能赢得阵阵喝彩。他还曾在县城礼堂表演他的武艺，博得观众阵阵掌声。
