　　 2016年9月30日，浙江省宁波市中级人民法院公开宣判山东省委原常委、济南市委原书记王敏受贿案，对被告人王敏以受贿罪判处有期徒刑十二年，并处没收个人财产人民币二百万元；对王敏受贿所得财物予以追缴，上缴国库。

　　经审理查明：2004年至2014年，被告人王敏先后利用担任山东省委副秘书长、省委政策研究室主任、山东省委常委、省委宣传部部长、省委秘书长、济南市委书记等职务上的便利，为他人在房地产开发、职务提拔、工作安排等事项上谋取利益，直接或者通过其特定关系人非法收受他人财物，共计折合人民币1805.103万元。

　　宁波市中级人民法院认为，被告人王敏的行为构成受贿罪。鉴于王敏到案后，如实供述自己罪行，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的部分受贿犯罪事实；认罪悔罪，积极退赃，赃款赃物已全部追缴，具有法定、酌定从轻处罚情节，依法可以从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。
