　　中新网10月1日电 据台湾《中国时报》报道，台南市议会临时会9月30日爆发肢体冲突，民进党议员郭清华不满国民党团将副议长室上锁，阻止代理议长郭信良主持大会，与蓝营发生推挤，有3名国民党议员受伤送医；其中，“六朝元老”洪玉凤因左眼球骨折，预定今天将动刀取出血块。

　　台南市议会原订昨天召开的临时会，直到上午10点多仍未达法定开会人数，郭信良上台要求议事组紧急通知议员开会后，返回副议长室，此时国民党议员谢龙介等人疑违法开会，以铁链将副议长室上锁，并在门口举牌抗议。

　　郭清华见状，当场与国民党议员爆发肢体冲突，在推挤中砸破盆景，郭清华的手肘还撞到洪玉凤的眼睛，让洪捂着眼睛直喊“我的眼睛青瞑啦！”，郭随后被同党议员林志展、林志聪拉走。

　　洪玉凤被送到成大医院急诊，因左眼窝外力造成瘀伤、头痛、呕吐、视野模糊，经计算机断层检查发现左眼球眼窝骨折造成血肿，且有轻微脑震荡，预计今天早上进行眼部手术。

　　至于蔡育辉左手被抓伤，林燕祝也有左胸、左上肢、左小腿有瘀伤，但2人伤势稳定，经初步诊疗观察后，均返家休养。蔡育辉表示，将待洪玉凤出院，再对郭清华提伤害告诉。冲突结束，国民党自行打开锁住郭信良办公室大门的铁链，郭才宣布下周一再开会。

　　事后，民进党团公开谴责国民党以铁链锁门妨害公务；国民党团除痛批民进党是“暴力政党”，还质疑市府开临时会不为水患救灾，只为选举议长。
