今年第17号台风“鲇鱼”呈现三大主要特点(图)

　　中新网福州10月1日电  (龙敏)福建省人民政府防汛抗旱指挥部1日凌晨通报，第17号台风“鲇鱼”重创福建，据初步统计，截至29日16时，79个县(市、区)、903个乡镇、148.90万人受灾，因灾死亡6人，直接经济总损失61.33亿元人民币(下同)。

　　根据通报，台风“鲇鱼”主要特点：

　　一是体量庞大。“鲇鱼”七级风圈直径900公里，影响范围近1200公里，覆盖福建省海陆全境。台风登陆时中心风力12级，福建省中北部沿海9～12级，阵风13～14级，以连江目屿岛46.1米/秒(14级)为最大。各大海域普遍出现4～6米的巨到狂浪，风暴潮普遍超过蓝色警戒。

　　二是雨量超强。全省普降大到特大暴雨，其中35个县(市、区)大暴雨、36个县(市、区)特大暴雨；过程雨量最大的是霞浦620毫米(“尼伯特”最大为闽清473毫米、“莫兰蒂”最大为霞浦508毫米)；过程雨量超过400毫米的有15个县(市、区)，其中超过500毫米的有霞浦620毫米、柘荣616毫米、永泰553毫米、福鼎541毫米；12小时雨量柘荣393毫米、霞浦360毫米、古田340毫米，6小时雨量蕉城258毫米、闽侯240毫米，3小时雨量蕉城192毫米、霞浦184毫米，均突破历史同期(9月份)极值。沿海中小河流普遍发洪，15个站点洪水超警戒、1个站点洪水超保证水位。

　　三是灾情叠加。福建省9月15日刚遭受“莫兰蒂”台风袭击，“鲇鱼”台风就接踵而至，两个台风都正面登陆，且降雨范围大面积重合，土壤含水量和江河湖库水位居高不下，次生灾害风险极高。
