  一年365天,每一天,国旗护卫队都担负着天安门的升降旗任务,对大家来说,他们的身影既熟悉又神秘。他们每天是如何训练的?为了今天的国庆升旗仪式,他们又做了哪些特别的准备?接下来,就随央视记者一起走近天安门国旗护卫队。


  日常训练 与游客仅数米之隔



  这是在国旗护卫队经常能看到的景象,驻扎在故宫的官兵们和游客仅有数米之隔,在喧闹的环境中训练,战士们早已练就了“视而不见,充耳不闻”的本领。


  人员优中选优 进行强化训练



  正步走百米不差分毫,走百步不差分秒。为了圆满完成今年国庆的升旗任务,国旗护卫队提前一个月就开始筹划准备,人员优中选优,并进行强化训练。


  天安门国旗护卫队带队警官徐文:有些动作上面进行了一些更改,主要是在步速上面。今年的步速是每分钟112步,严格按照队列条令里面的要求去执行的。为调整步速,今年专门进行了为期半个月的强化训练,每天的训练强度也是比较大的,这段时间每天达到了11个小时。


  徐文:指挥动作“三把刀”



  徐文是国旗护卫队的带队警官,是整个方队的核心。每天清晨4点,起床、组训、出发,这期间所有的突发情况都由他负责处置,以保证国旗安全到达升旗 台、准时升起,在国旗区的敬礼和礼毕的口令,也都是由他下达。带队警官也被叫作“刀客”,有一套俗称“三把刀”的指挥动作,包括抽刀、立刀和举刀。抽刀, 要带出响声,刀花成为弧线;立刀,握把要迅速准确;举刀,刀身要正,手腕要稳,行进间保持不动。


  杨博:将国旗展出片漂亮的扇形



  每当国歌准时响起,升旗手都会奋力将国旗高高甩出一个漂亮的扇形,敬礼,目视五星红旗冉冉升起。入伍9年的杨博,已经是7年的老升旗手了。多年来, 他每天坚持用哑铃练习展臂动作,手臂酸痛已经成了家常便饭,右手小臂肌肉明显比左手的硬实粗大,但是为了升旗的那一刻,再苦再累都值得。


  天安门国旗护卫队升旗手杨博:要将长5米宽3.3米的国旗完全展开,同时5颗黄色五角星要展露出来,对臂力的要求就比较大一点。所以我们在平常的训练当中就会手握5公斤的哑铃练展臂的动作,每天的训练时间算下来将近8个小时的训练时间吧。



  向空中展旗的动作看起来很简单,想要圆满地完成它,其实颇有难度。


  护卫队员:国旗已成为生活一部分



  采访中,不管是带队警官徐文,升旗手杨博,还是国旗护卫队的其他队员,大家都说,国旗已经成了自己生活的一部分。


  天安门国旗护卫队升旗手杨博:将五星红旗展向天空的时候 我感觉代表着新的一天的开始。


  天安门国旗护卫队带队警官徐文:中国人民实地看升旗的,可能一生中只有这么一次。所以我们护卫队有句口号,“把每天升降旗作为人生第一次升降旗来对 待”。我们作为护卫队的一员,就是将每天的升旗动作,以最高的标准,向中国人民甚至世界人民展现,展现出我们国家的国威和军威。
