　　新华网福州10月3日电（邓春花通讯员何金海）3日，中国公安部近日公开通缉的10名特大电信网络诈骗犯罪在逃人员之一陈福金被晋江警方从珠海押解回到晋江。今年1月他在晋江伙同他人骗走880.4260万元，这是晋江历年来实施电信网络诈骗金额最高的案件。

　　今年1月10日，罗女士向晋江警方报警称，她的银行卡明明就在自己手上，可是在不到10分钟内就被人分9次盗走880.4260万元，接连收到的银行转账提醒信息让她吓呆了。

　　晋江警方随即成立专案组进行侦查，发现罗女士银行卡上的880.4260万元已经被人迅速转账到120多张银行卡上并且取走。随后，警方对有重大作案嫌疑的漳州漳浦男子陈福金等人进行上网通缉。

　　9月26日，中国公安部发出A级通缉令，公开通缉陈福金等10名特大电信网络诈骗犯罪在逃人员。

　　9月27日，专案组得到新线索称陈福金最近在老家漳浦一带出现过，民警立即赶去抓捕，发现他已经逃往广东方向，并于9月29日凌晨3时许从珠海偷渡到澳门。

　　在向上级公安机关及珠海当地公安机关通报关于陈福金的相关案情后，10月2日凌晨，专案组接到珠海边检机关反馈称，陈福金因非法入境被澳门相关部门遣送回珠海，民警立即前去办理相关手续，于3日凌晨将陈福金押解回晋江。

　　目前，此案正在进一步处理当中。
