原来，李小姐计划在国庆期间到武汉游玩，拜托张先生帮忙订酒店。于是张先生在美团网预定了9月29日入住武汉四季鑫宝来酒店的标准大床房，网上称做活动，原价470多元，活动价422元。张先生下订单付款后发给了李小姐。
谁料李小姐到达酒店前台发现，同一房型价格仅为368元。这让张先生非常尴尬，他随后在其他网站查询发现，该酒店标准大床房的价格都在320元左右。
后来张先生向来到该酒店询问，但是服务员表示不清楚美团网为何开出422元的活动价，咨询客服也是类似回应。目前美团网表示愿意补给张先生54元差价消费券。张先生要求取消订单，遭到拒绝。
据楚天金报报道，美团网上的这类“活动价”涉嫌价格欺诈，而且记者经过调查发现，网上酒店订价虚高并非个案。相关专家称，国庆出游高峰，旅客在预订机票、酒店时最好货比三家，如果自身权益受到侵害，可向旅游监察部门或工商部门举报。
