　　警方介绍称，今年2月7日，受害人廖某在綦江区高速公路收费站附近，收到一条号码显示为“95588”发送的短信：“您的积分可兑换698元的现金大礼包，请登录XX网站进行兑换。”廖某登入网站后，按提示输入了自己的银行卡号、密码和验证码等信息。廖某操作完成后，收到银行扣款3199元的短信，方知被骗遂报警。

　　接报后，綦江警方立即展开调查。通过对受害人诈骗短信接收地搜索，警方明确在G75高速綦江服务区旁的农宅处有伪基站，并通过房东确定伪基站安装时间及安装人员特征。警方锁定了安装伪基站犯罪嫌疑人邹某亮、王某浩后，查找到该团伙在重庆市九龙坡区G42高速路含谷服务区安装的另一台伪基站。

　　警方通过查询邹某亮、王某浩的同行人员，发现王某江有重大作案嫌疑。经进一步工作，办案民警初步明确了以李某、王某江为首的诈骗团伙，涉案受害人500余人，地域遍布重庆、湖南、湖北、四川、安微、贵州等10余省市，涉案金额高达数百万元。经数月摸排调查，专案组民警在湖南永州、娄底和湖北武汉3地同时收网，成功抓获骗犯罪嫌疑人11人，扣押、冻结财物200余万元，缴获涉案车辆2台、电脑20余台、手机60部、银行卡50张，伪基站9台及伪基站零部件15套。

　　经调查民警得知，自2015年10月起，李某、王某江邀约王某浩、罗某兵、朱某儒一同进行伪基站短信诈骗，李某还将此技术传授给其父李某国。李某国又邀约李某俅、朱某才、朱某洪、王某芳另组成一个诈骗团伙。邹某、陆某、肖某在多次出售伪基站设备给团伙成员，并为其安装伪基站和提供技术支持。截止被抓，两团伙诈骗获利500余万元，涉及受害人1000余人，地域遍布10余省市。

　　目前，相关犯罪嫌疑人已被刑拘，该案还在进一步查办之中。
