　　齐鲁网10月9日讯 9日，山东省德州市人民政府新闻办公室官方微博发布了关于“8.10”案处理情况的通报，全文如下：

　　2016年8月10日17时30分许，德州市德城区天衢工业园格瑞德公司南区厂房发生火灾。当日晚，山东广播电视台公共频道《民生直通车》栏目记者钱云飞到现场采访。拍摄期间，现场工作人员与钱云飞发生冲突，在场辅警徐某、陈某、叶某将其所持摄像机夺走；稍后，格瑞德公司员工和保安人员温某、高某、吕某、于某等对钱云飞进行了推搡、踢打，致其受伤，经鉴定为轻伤二级。

　　8月11日，德州市公安机关对钱云飞被打案立案侦查。侦查过程中，格瑞德公司员工和保安人员温某、高某、吕某、于某等对参与殴打行为供认不讳。根据案件侦查情况，8月12日、8月16日，市公安机关先后将犯罪嫌疑人格瑞德公司员工尹某、高某、吕某、于某、马某、温某和格瑞德公司保安刘某、张某依法刑事拘留。9月18日，德城区人民检察院以故意伤害罪对温某、高某、吕某、于某4人依法批准逮捕；10月8日，德城区人民检察院依法将温某、高某、吕某、于某向德城区人民法院提起公诉。其他涉案人员将根据违法情节依法处理。
