　　中新网湖北沙洋10月10日电 （李翔 赵静 钟欣）10月10日，湖北省荆门市沙洋县公安局通报，经过近半年时间侦查，专班民警辗转北京、上海、湖南、福建、广西、广东、浙江等省市，侦破“3·11”中国公安部督特大网络制造贩卖枪支案，抓获涉枪违法犯罪嫌疑人35名。

　　据通报，警方打掉制贩枪支弹药窝点6个，收缴各类成品枪支69支（其中仿64式手枪9支，火药手枪1支，单管猎枪12支，小口径步枪1支，仿秃鹰高压气枪46支）、气枪配件2344件、子弹315发（其中军用子弹60发，猎枪弹222发，自制手枪子弹33发）、铅弹3508颗、火药10公斤以及大量制造枪支弹药工具。

　　2016年1月以来，荆门市公安局网上巡查发现，有人通过网络购买了大量弹壳、铅笔芯火药等物品，同时声称有手枪出售。2016年3月11日，荆门市公安局将该线索移交沙洋县公安局立案侦查，代号“3·11”专案。沙洋县公安局展开调查。一个制造售卖枪支弹药犯罪嫌疑团伙浮出水面，10余涉案嫌疑人相继进入警方视线。

　　此后，专案组足迹遍布湖北、湖南、福建、广西、广东等5省17市。5月5日，专班民警奔赴广东湛江将上线李某建抓获。5月31日，专班民警在湖南省株洲市将正在进行枪支配件转移的上线张某红等5名犯罪嫌疑人一举抓获，当场查获枪支配件2000余件。

　　经突审，张某红如实交代了其贩卖高压气枪的犯罪事实。自2015年12月以来，其在浙江省宁波市购买特种铝材，通过老乡符某云联系上浙江省宁波市某机械加工厂老板冯某超，要求帮忙制作仿秃鹰气枪枪身及配件，再通过物流公司发往长沙。张某红在长沙租用了3个仓库，专门雇佣4人，分成接单组、发货组和包装组，通过李某建等30多个代理商直接将枪支配件销往中国各地（除新疆、青海外），共售出高压气枪套件1500余套。

　　6月20日，中国公安部发来贺电，对沙洋警方“3·11”侦破专班予以通报表扬，并将该案列为中国公安部督办案件，同时在中国范围内发起集群战役。

　　7月12日，专班民警在上海浦东开发区将冯某超成功抓获，冯某超如实供述了自2015年12月以来为张某红加工6000余套枪身的犯罪事实。8月14日，民警在深圳市宝安区和平东路一出租屋内成功抓获谢某强等2名贩卖654K气手枪犯罪嫌疑人。至此，“3·11”特大网络制造贩卖枪支案主要犯罪嫌疑人悉数落网。
