　　被害人兰兰（女，自报年龄12岁，越南人）于2014年被两名越南人贩贩卖至河南省信阳市息县八里岔乡梅寨村，后辗转至铜山区房村镇由犯罪嫌疑人谢某（女，47岁，徐州市铜山区人）收养。2016年5、6月份，犯罪嫌疑人谢某为了谋取利益，将被害人兰兰介绍给犯罪嫌疑人刘某（男，35岁，徐州市铜山区人）当妻子，并以收取彩礼的名义索要现金3万元。后犯罪嫌疑人刘某与被害人兰兰以夫妻身份同居生活，并发生性关系，目前被害人兰兰已怀孕3个月。10月4日，犯罪嫌疑人刘某带被害人兰兰到徐州市第四人民医院检查身体时被报警，泉山区公安分局奎山派出所当日将案件线索移交铜山区公安局，铜山区公安局于10月5日分别以涉嫌拐卖妇女儿童罪和收买被拐卖的妇女儿童罪对犯罪嫌疑人谢某、刘某立案侦查，并分别于10月6日、7日对该二人采取刑事拘留强制措施。（文中人物系化名）
