　　据通报，2007年至2014年，湖北神农架林区松柏镇原民政办主任张玉荣利用其负责孤儿救助、城乡低保、危房改造、救灾救助等资金申报、管理的职务便利，先后采取截留银行存折、虚报瞒报等手段，将23名救助对象编入孤儿救助、农村危房改造、农村低保、农村“五保”、临时救助和受灾救助等资金发放花名册，多次侵吞、骗取各类资金共计616544元。
