　　新华社南京10月11日电 江苏省常州市中级人民法院11日公开宣判中国科学技术协会原党组书记、常务副主席申维辰受贿案，对被告人申维辰以受贿罪判处无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产；对申维辰受贿所得财物予以追缴，上缴国库。

　　经审理查明：1992年至2014年，被告人申维辰先后利用担任山西省体育运动委员会主任，晋中地委书记，晋中市委书记，山西省委常委、宣传部长，太原市委书记，中共中央宣传部副部长，中国科学技术协会党组书记、常务副主席等职务上的便利以及职权和地位形成的便利条件，为他人在企业经营、职务晋升、岗位调整等事项上谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，共计折合人民币9541.965936万元。

　　常州市中级人民法院认为，被告人申维辰的行为构成受贿罪。鉴于申维辰到案后，如实供述自己罪行，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的绝大部分受贿犯罪事实；认罪悔罪，积极退赃，赃款赃物已全部追缴，具有法定、酌定从轻处罚情节，依法可以从轻处罚，法庭遂作出上述判决。（完）
