　　中新网济南10月11日凌晨电（李欣 梁犇 沙见龙）位于济南市历城区董家镇的齐鲁制药旗下天和惠世制药有限公司10月10日20点50分左右发生泄爆事故，当地消防人员及时赶到现场，经现场确认，无人员伤亡。

　　中新网记者闻讯后连夜驱车19公里赶赴位于济南城乡结合部的事故现场。记者在现场看到，发生事故的制药厂已警戒，因未能征得守卫同意，记者无法进入发生泄爆事故的厂区。记者见到大批人群聚集在厂区门口，在与之一墙之隔的济南历城二中学校门口，记者闻到一股刺鼻的酸臭味。深夜聚集在该中学门口的学生家长对记者说，因为这所学校紧挨着工厂，学生和教师常年都能闻到到这种酸臭味。

　　据济南市历城区董家镇政府通报，此次发生泄爆事故的制药企业是齐鲁制药集团旗下一个子公司――天和惠世制药有限公司。今年8月份也曾发生过爆炸事故，事故后该企业进行了检查整改，安监局验收合格，之后企业重新投产。

　　天和惠世制药有限公司办公室主任郝传贵深夜向媒体介绍说，该企业自从上次发生事故以来，采用最好的理念，进行隐患排查和安全管理，但这次的爆炸地点尚未排查到。

　　凌晨零点21分，记者在发生事故的制药厂一墙之隔的济南历城二中校门口看见了3辆环境监测车，但这几辆车遭到现场人群围堵。经记者了解，这些聚集人群为历城二中学生家长，他们情绪激动，强烈要求环境监测车上的工作人员对事故现场空气质量进行检测，给出具体的数据和评价，并明确告诉家长，与制药厂一墙之隔的中学是否再适合孩子们继续上学。

　　据当地媒体早前报道，这所中学家长们与这家制药企业之间的矛盾已纠缠近10年。早在2008年，历城二中校方就因异味、爆炸等环境问题和安全威胁多次与该制药厂交涉，均未得到解决，以致该中学学生戴口罩上课、戴口罩做操的照片在网上广为流传。（完）
