　　10月10日凌晨4时左右，温州市鹿城区中央涂村中央街159号4间民房发生垮塌，多人被埋。徐时耀的弟弟黄建双就被埋在坍塌的房屋中，生死未卜。

　　徐时耀告诉记者，他是10日早上9点多的时候知道弟弟出事了。“弟弟工厂里打来电话，说他租的房子塌了，没联系上人。”
