　　中新网宜昌10月11日电 （董晓斌 彭定新）记者11日从湖北宜昌市防汛抗旱指挥部获悉，受持续无雨影响，当地各县市区普遍出现不同程度旱情，186.3万亩农作物受旱，7.64万人、8.66万头大牲畜饮水困难。

　　8月15日以来，宜昌全市基本无雨，累计降雨量36.8毫米，较多年同期平均降雨量偏少83.7%，各县市区普遍出现不同程度的旱情。截至目前，宜昌农作物受旱面积达186.3万亩，其中轻旱面积85.3万亩，重旱面积88.5万亩，干枯面积12.5万亩；7.64万人、8.66万头大牲畜饮水困难。

　　面对旱情，宜昌各县市区政府组织引导受灾群众积极主动抗旱自救，动员社会各方力量支援抗旱救灾工作。按照“先生活、后生产、先节水、后调水”的原则，做好水源科学调度和应急送水，重点确保人畜饮水，千方百计保作物播种，最大限度地减轻旱灾损失。目前，宜昌市防指已启动抗旱四级应急响应。

　　据气象部门分析，未来10天宜昌降水仍明显偏少，水源短缺矛盾更加突出，人口饮水困难加剧，保果保树任务加重，秋播在即，抗旱形势更加严峻。（完）
