　　10月11日，东航A320/B-2337号机执行MU5643（上海虹桥-天津）航班，飞机于11：54（北京时间）滑出，12：03（北京时间）塔台指挥飞机进跑道36L，机组在执行完起飞前检查单之后进跑道，12：04（北京时间）塔台指挥：跑道36L，可以起飞。机组在确认跑道无障碍的情况下，执行起飞动作，在速度110节左右，机长发现一架A330（经调查，该飞机是东航MU5106航班）准备横穿36L跑道，立即让中间座询问塔台，此时机长观察并确认该A330在穿越跑道，此时飞机速度130节，机长短暂判断后决定起飞，于是TOGA，带杆起飞，飞机从A330上空飞越，监控飞机状态正常，并将情况汇报塔台，后续飞行正常。飞机CVR和FDR已经拆下进行译码，后续详情待报。
