网购假货混进正品中
袁芳是刘颖男友徐东的同事，和刘颖成了“闺蜜”的同时，还与刘颖、徐东的租房室友薛兵发展为恋爱关系。一次，刘颖、徐东、薛兵三人结伴到韩国济州岛玩。袁芳让男友薛兵帮她买一些化妆品，刘颖知道薛兵虽出手阔绰但比较懒，便提出“你就不要去了，我和徐东去帮你买吧，反正也顺便！”
表面热心帮朋友，其实却打着自己的小算盘——刘颖和徐东在韩国免税店买了部分正品化妆品，并寄回上海，但同时刘颖也在网上买好了假货准备混在正品中给薛兵，一共80余件化妆品，其中假货约三分之二。之后，刘颖向薛兵索要了6万元。
“赚取”了巨额差价的刘颖，也因此看到了“商机”。
表面“和事佬”实为骗财
从薛兵和袁芳确立恋爱关系后，两人之间一有矛盾，薛兵就来找刘颖帮忙讲和，而刘颖作为中间人，却利用了两人的弱点多次行骗。
一天，刘颖向薛兵谎称，其有一个朋友在香港置地广场做高层，可以买到有折扣的名牌箱包，薛兵信以为真。每次薛兵和袁芳不开心，就会找刘颖帮忙买包，哄袁芳开心。而这些包其实都是刘颖在一家高仿名牌箱包的网店购得，那家店可以开具发票，发票价格可以比实际价格高出十几倍，这也让薛兵深信不疑。
几次下来，刘颖发现薛兵并不懂得辨认名牌包的真伪，也不会过问，于是胆子也越来越大了，还主动唆使袁芳要经常“作一作”、“闹一闹”。后期，薛兵甚至在一周内会通过刘颖买好几个“名牌包”哄袁芳开心。刘颖则利用这个高频率，直接向薛兵收钱，有时连包都不给袁芳。
在仅仅几个月内，刘颖和徐东反复用这种方式，诈骗薛兵数十次，骗取钱财高达80余万元。
事情终有败露的一天。2016年3月下旬，薛兵再次让刘颖帮忙买LV包，而这次，薛兵是准备把包送给母亲的，但刘颖并不知晓，依旧如之前一样买了个假包糊弄薛兵。薛兵母亲察觉出了异样，遂去专柜检验包的真伪，结果发现是个假包。最终，薛兵和母亲前往派出所报了案。
日前，刘颖和徐东因涉嫌诈骗罪被宝山区人民检察院提起公诉。
