日前，抚顺警方抓获非法“倒卖”越南新娘的犯罪团伙，刘某等人以偷渡、报团旅游等非法手段将越南新娘运送到辽宁，最终卖给当地偏远山区。
日前，刘某等人因涉嫌组织他人偷越国边境罪，被公安机关逮捕。
此案共涉及30余位越南新娘，其中五名越南新娘已被遣送回国。
“倒卖”一个越南新娘可获利数万元
从2015年10月起，抚顺市公安局陆续接到居民报警，举报称，有人将多名越南新娘越过边境卖到抚顺、沈阳等地，一些越南新娘甚至在当地已经结婚生子。
随后，抚顺市公安局预审支队联合出入境管理局，对抚顺市新宾县上夹河地区、沈阳市祝家地区等多个区域进行排查摸底，通过下线一点点向上摸索寻根，目前已抓获3名犯罪嫌疑人，共涉及30余位越南新娘，其中五名越南新娘已经被遣送回国。
据抚顺市公安局民警介绍，这个“倒卖”多名越南新娘的犯罪团伙，以5万至8万元不等的价格，向一些单身的男性村民大肆宣传，吹嘘越南新娘如何漂亮、贤惠，招揽买家。事成后，越南新娘家里可收到约1.3万元的“彩礼钱”，其余的几万元现金，全部被犯罪团伙占有。
16岁越南少女报案：自己对象是智障
10月11日，据抚顺市公安局马警官回忆，2015年10月份，先是有一名20多岁的少女跑到派出所报警，说是不想和丈夫过了，想要回家。女子的中文不是很流利，有时候甚至得用两只手比划。
女子自称来自越南，2014年被卖到抚顺当地王阳（化名）家中，随后没过几天，便被要求成亲，当上了新娘。据女子自诉，一年里常会受到丈夫的打骂，这期间曾有一次逃跑，后来又被抓回来了。在这之后，便有人专门看守她，不让她离开家半步。
这之后，又有一名16岁的越南女子报警，该女子称，自己是被人骗到抚顺成为了准新娘，其相亲的对象，是一名智力存在问题的男子。
据警方介绍，女子的母亲本身就是一名“越南新娘”，在其母亲的劝说下，来到抚顺想要找一份工作，之后被安排和一名智障男子同住一室，随后女子跑到派出所报警。
接到报警后，警方立刻展开部署，对小区内所有越南新娘开展全面摸底排查，并顺藤摸瓜，找到了牵线的“红娘”刘某等人。
怕越南新娘“跑路”，一般10天内就成亲
排查中，警方发现，从2013年10月份起，陆续有一些越南女子通过旅游签证、偷渡等非法手段来到抚顺，随后在当地长期居住，有的甚至已经结婚生子。在这些越南女子中，大部分都是通过刘某等人“牵线”卖到抚顺的。
据警方介绍，这些越南新娘被“卖”到抚顺后，为了防止她们逃跑，一般不出10天就会被要求办席成亲，甚至会有专人看守防止逃跑。
花七八万元买的新娘，如果跑掉了，岂不是人财两空。出于这样的想法，一开始买家对越南新娘的管控相对较严，之后伴随着结婚生子，也有一些越南新娘融入到了这个新家中，甚至帮着丈夫做起了买卖。
侦查中，警方发现，其中一名被卖到抚顺新宾县上夹河村的越南新娘，因生了一对双胞胎，被刘某等人树立为“榜样”。之后该名女子竟然也加入到其中，帮助联系越南新娘通过非法途径来抚顺“相亲”。
从2013年10月至2015年10月，刘某赵某等人，共介绍30余名越南新娘来抚顺。
有的“新娘”甚至在越南有儿女
目前，警方通过这伙犯罪嫌疑人，共找到30余名越南新娘，这些越南新娘的年龄在20到40岁不等，有的越南新娘被“卖”到抚顺的时候已经有过多次婚史甚至在越南都有自己的儿女。
“牵线的人，不会告诉你女方是否结过婚，更不会向买方透露孩子的问题。”警方表示，一些买到越南新娘的人，有的结婚若干年后，才知道对方在本国有自己儿女。
昨日，警方提醒大家，一些越南新娘通过偷渡等方式来到中国结婚生子后，由于偷渡的身份本身就不合法，所以无法领结婚证，生出的孩子也无法落户，孩子可能就会成为“黑户”。
购买者多为老光棍，目的是“传宗接代”
昨日，马警官告诉记者，这些越南新娘被运到抚顺后，都被“卖”到较为偏远的山区，购买者有一个普遍的共同点，大都是老光棍或是存在一定缺陷的男子。
警方介绍，有的购买者存在智力缺陷或者身体残疾，想要以这样的方式，来为自己生个娃传宗接代。
但在实际生活中，一些购买者发现，越南新娘也不是像中介说的那样贤惠漂亮，甚至随时存在对方跑路，人财两空的情况。
对此，警方提示，近年来，嫁到国内的越南新娘“跑路”事件时有发生，有的是一些黑中介恶意联合越南新娘骗取男方钱财然后逃跑，有的越南新娘则是因为文化、生活差异不适应而欲逃回国。
因此，在对待迎娶越南新娘一事上，广大市民一定要慎之又慎，以免人财两空。

如果买方看后表示同意，则会通过偷渡等手段，将这些越南新娘一点点送到抚顺。
每完成一笔越南新娘的单子，赵某可从中获得几千元的分成。2014年后，赵某嫌分到的钱太少，自己单独联系到一名越南大姐，开始自己单干。

警方介绍，由于这些越南新娘未经过正常的渠道进入中国，即使入境后，也无法乘坐火车、飞机等交通工具，只能一路上打出租车坐小公汽从广西那边一路开到抚顺，为了躲避各种检查，旅途十分艰苦。
