“我已掌握一份你的重要资料。”湖州市的王先生收到一封来自广州的信件，拆开一看不禁吓了一跳：一对男女裸身相拥的照片赫然出现在面前，而且男子头像竟然是他的。信中说，已经掌握王先生在生活中不为人知的一面，要求他在收到信件后3天内将20万元打到指定账户。

“真是太可笑了！”王先生看着这PS的假照片哭笑不得，立即向居住地所在的太湖旅游度假区公安分局报案。

接到报案后，湖州市太湖旅游度假区公安分局成立专案组展开侦查，通过梳理发现同一时段湖州全市竟然有100多位市民收到了同样的信件。

专案组成员在信件来源地广州蹲守了1个多月，凭借手头有限的线索，抽丝剥茧，终于确定了犯罪嫌疑人的身份。专案组于9月底在湖南省双峰县，广东省广州市海珠区、番禺区抓获犯罪嫌疑人赵某某、戴某某、贺某某。

办案民警介绍说，赵某某等三人结伙自今年7月以来，采用“PS照片敲诈信”手段，通过快递公司，向湖州市及安徽、河南等地共投递160余封信件实施诈骗，总案值3000余万元。

目前，三名犯罪嫌疑人已被警方刑拘，案件正在进一步审理中。
