　　10月13日，广西百色市隆林各族自治县人民法院公开宣判原“百色助学网”负责人王杰强奸、诈骗一案，以强奸罪判处被告人王杰有期徒刑15年，以诈骗罪判处其有期徒刑1年零6个月，数罪并罚决定执行有期徒刑16年。

　　聚焦人物第一时间联系到带领女孩们揭发王杰的举报人秋楚。他表示“失望大于期望”，“我们希望判死刑或无期”。女孩们担心王杰出来后会报复，不过此时此刻，她们的心情还是轻松了不少。

　　从决定揭发王杰那一天起，小丽和其她女孩就踏上了一条最艰难的抵抗之路，中途不乏后悔反复者。小丽一直坚持到最后，“如果庭审时没有人指认他，我一定会站出来。”

　　判决消息，秋楚也是从网上看到的，他目前正在广西忙着助学的事，还没看到判决书。

　　自去年新闻爆出百色助学达人王杰性侵女孩事件后，秋楚一直忙于奔走在广西，希望找到更多的孩子出来指证王杰。但秋楚虽联系到大量性侵视频中的女孩，最终只说服了三个站了出来，其他的孩子因各种因素选择了沉默。

　　“这可能会在一定程度上影响判决结果，”秋楚有些无奈，“如果女孩们不愿意，我们不可能去勉强她们。”

　　相比16年有期徒刑，秋楚表示：“我们希望他判死刑，或者无期。王杰犯下那么大的罪，最后只是16年这不长不短的判罚。”他喜悦不起来。

　　秋楚对此事还有担忧，三个站出来在法庭指正王杰的女孩，王杰都知道她们是谁了，他很担忧王杰出来会对她们实施报复。“希望王杰出来后还能受到监督，防止他对女孩们的伤害。”

　　王杰创办的百色助学网曾一度大名鼎鼎，秋楚曾是一位捐助者。

　　起初，秋楚也没能发现王杰的另一面，直到2013年底，王杰在QQ上告诉他：“只要给我三万，我就叫学（生）妹来陪你过假期。”秋楚起了疑心，但他手头并不宽裕，便没有多问。

　　不久后，秋楚发现，王杰的QQ空间里有很多他与女学生的性爱视频。看着视频中女孩的无助眼神，秋楚气得全身颤抖——他难以相信，信赖多年的“助学天使”王杰竟有这副丑恶嘴脸。

　　他决定暗中调查。他找到多位被资助的学生，得到的答案是：王杰没有将善款全部发给孩子，有的被扣掉10%到20%，有的一分钱都拿不到。更让秋楚震惊的是，有几个女学生告诉他：想拿到助学款，必须陪王杰睡觉。

　　他一面化身“投资人”接触王杰，一面从获得信任的女孩们手中收集证据。并于2015年6月的一天向广西电视台深度报道部主管陈树胜发了一个举报短信：“隆林有一个专门玷污小孩的魔鬼。”

　　之后，陈树胜带队伪装成房地产老总暗访。

　　王杰中计，脱下“画皮”，滔滔不绝：“资助人每捐一万元，我一般抽5%－8%。就算资助人直接把钱打到学生手里，我也可以叫学生提钱出来给我。”

　　他还当众播放他与多位女学生的性爱视频。“今晚来吃饭的女孩儿，我差不多全部睡过了，有的从12岁睡到现在。”

　　2015年8月13日晚上8点，视频新闻《百色助学网的秘密》在广西卫视播出后，23点48分，王杰便被警方控制。

受害者曾逃离故乡 躲避流言蜚语

　　女孩们：等待判决的一年

　　王杰被捕的那个夜晚，小丽一个人在隆林县城后山坐到后半夜，久久没从惊慌与后怕中挣脱。

　　23点40分，王杰被警方控制。接到电视台电话通知，“心里的石头落地了”。其她几个躲在亲戚家的举报女孩也暂时松了口气。

　　敢于以这么剧烈的方式挣脱王杰的魔爪，对女孩们来说是天大的事。毕竟，王杰曾和另一个狐朋狗友自称“隆林双杰”，并炫耀自己可以一手遮天，威胁会找到女孩们家里去。

　　被掌控，是从对助学金的卑微乞求开始的。小学五年级，小丽因几百元助学金被王杰欺骗、侵犯后，恐惧和仇恨就在幼小的心里滋生，但更多还是无助和绝望。“那时候太小了，不敢告诉任何人，他手上有视频，还说隆林是他的天下。”

　　为此，小丽不得不退学、逃出隆林打工，想躲开噩梦。无奈王杰又威胁要对她妹妹下手，并介绍给深圳老板，她才再次回到隆林，忍受持续不断的要挟和骚扰。

　　被捕前接受媒体采访时，王杰曾自称9年来募集了700万捐款，资助过4000多个学生。在广西电视台的暗访中，王杰曾亲口承认，自己会挑选最贫穷又最渴望上学的女童下手——没有几百上千元的助学金，她们很可能面临辍学。

　　在这样的背景下，王杰在长达9年的时间里，利用捐助性侵、要挟多名少女，更以少女为筹码向外地老板索取投资。

　　在闭塞、人言可畏的小县城，受害女孩们全部选择了忍气吞声，求助无门。恐惧、屈辱和仇恨被她们深埋在心底，成为永远的隐痛。

　　直到王杰的“画皮”被志愿者和媒体揭开，少数女孩才勇敢站出来抗争。她们面临的，不仅是对能否扳倒王杰的担忧，还有伤疤被揭开、窥探的痛苦。

　　审判的过程长达一年多，在这一年多里，女孩们的生活都被打乱了。不断面对媒体报道、网友的评论、身边异样的眼光、家人的不解和疏远，都让她们更加孤独。

　　为了逃避流言蜚语，在爱心人士帮助下，小丽曾一度逃到离家2500公里的北京打工，在这里，没有人认识她。但微薄的收入和对亲人的挂念还是让她再度逃离北京。

　　站在北京寒冷的十字街头，她曾感到迷茫，“就好像突然回头看，曾经帮助过自己的人都不在了。当走上这条路的时候，觉得特别的孤独。”

　　千里之外的家人更让她挂念不已。“奶奶老了，身体也不怎么好。我觉得特别亏欠我的弟弟妹妹，都说长姐为母，而我陪在他们身边的时间，连拿手指头都能数得了。”

　　小丽母亲早逝，父亲常年打工不回家，照顾弟妹的担子落在了她肩上。

　　回到故乡，小丽决定勇敢面对，走出内心的窘迫。

　　最直接的改变是，她开始积极参与助学活动：跟随公益组织走访贫困家庭，为百色贫困孩子募捐、援建学校——这样的具体行动显然让她逐渐从阴霾中解放出来。

　　她的朋友圈内容渐渐开朗，并显示有了新工作，所发内容也积极阳光了许多。

　　面对帮助过自己的人，小丽逐渐敞开心扉，还列出长长的感恩名单。

　　直到2016年10月13日最终宣判的来临。

　　“恶魔”落网。百色需要帮助的孩子却依然存在。

　　“如果你不去我们那里看看，就根本不能理解那些助学金对那些女孩意味着什么。一年四季挣的钱可能都不如人家一笔捐款。”一个当地女孩曾告诉聚焦人物。

　　在重男轻女的贫困山区大家庭，女孩并不被父母支持读书，一些女孩还被改大年龄，提前出去打工。

　　渴求读书的女孩子会想尽一切寻找资助。

　　百色助学网上曾经发布过一个女孩写给老师的信，求老师帮她寻找资助者：“我现在是硬赖在学校父母才给我读的……我不会让他免费资助的，我只是向他借，我想让他资助我到高中完毕，若我考不上理想的大学我就不读了，我会去打工，然后一年内把借他的钱还清……”

　　在隆林县读中学，一个月的生活费就需要400-600元。赴大城市读大学的学费和生活费更是“天价”。而大多数家庭的唯一收入来源是父母打工的钱，如果家里有三四个读书的孩子，根本无力承受。

　　当地孩子小学、初中就辍学的很多，继续学业极度依赖外界的捐助。而缺乏规范和监管的百色助学网则抓住了女孩们的求学心切。

　　因被王杰迫害，曾被迫中途辍学，是小丽永远的痛。她决心努力工作，将弟弟妹妹供出来，走出大山。

　　举报王杰之后，秋楚的生活也发生了改变。

　　他早已辞去山东老家的工作，在广西一家会计事务所跑业务维持生计。“在这里，我一边打工一边做公益事业。”

　　他接过了王杰未完成的事——助学。秋楚计划成立“秋楚公益”，准备于今年年底注册资质，希望能有爱心人士为他们提供办公场所。

　　“不能因王杰事件让这些孩子失去了救助来源。”秋楚目前正在为500多名孩子的助学金奔波。

　　性侵并不止于已曝光的那些，对弱者的损害依然在暗处发生。

　　秋楚也在关注中国其他地方女孩被性侵的事情，“只要这些女孩愿意站出来，我一定全力支持。”

　　小丽也积极参与到公益之中，这让她得到快乐。“心灯点亮了别人可能暗淡的生命，自己的人生也就熠熠生辉了。”

　　隆林县的后山曾是她的避难所。被“恶魔”掌控的那些年，她形容自己像行尸走肉，经常于半夜游荡在此，躲开光明，内心只有仇恨，没有希望。

　　现在，再站在隆林山头，经历过战斗的女孩不再那么无助彷徨。
