　　新京报：7月23日那天什么时候到的八达岭野生动物园？

　　赵女士：那天早上先去保养车，顺便带孩子玩，到中午吃了个饭，下午两点到的动物园。

　　新京报：动物园有没有提醒你买保险？

　　赵女士：没说要买保险。那天可能人多，动物园的检票口也开始卖票了，我们从检票员手上买的票。大人每人90元，一辆车60元，一共330块钱。那保险5块钱一张，根本没买。

　　新京报：事发前你们在车上干什么？

　　新京报：你周围的朋友怎么看？

　　赵女士：9月底动物园方跟我爸聊过一次，说只给评残的15%，之后就杳无音讯了。我们9月27日申请过政府信息公开，向延庆区政府提交家属质疑意见，政府没有回应。

　　新京报：现在准备怎么处理此事？

　　赵女士：我之前在ICU里面不知情，延庆安监局和园林局领导亲自带队去过我爸住的宾馆，跟他说先走协议，不要轻易走法律程序。但现在准备走法律途径了，马上提起诉讼。这个案子有很多不确定因素，毕竟舆论是一边倒的，对我们也不是很有利。

　　新京报：什么时候知道母亲去世的？

　　赵女士：8月15日出院，三四天之后知道母亲的死讯。住院的时候会每天想母亲和孩子。他们（家人）当时编各种谎言骗我，开始说母亲只是腿脚受伤，骨折了。后来又说被另一只老虎的爪子拍到脑袋，昏迷了。还有说母亲是送回老家了。

　　我不停跟老公说，想跟母亲通个电话，但他们跟所有亲戚朋友打招呼要瞒着我。有一次，爱人趴在床沿睡着了，我那时候已经有点怀疑了，就拿起手机偷偷看网上的新闻，他一下子把手机抢过来，我还是不愿意相信。北医三院大夫也配合他们，说易感染期，不能摸手机。

　　新京报：母亲为什么来北京？

　　赵女士：因为我丈夫要出差，母亲过来帮忙带孩子。如果不把她叫过来，自己能干一点，她就不会这样了。跟母亲既象亲人，又像朋友，只有我好了，她才会好。无话不谈。

　　新京报：想起母亲是什么心情？

　　新京报：平时跟爱人关系怎么样？

　　新京报：你怎么看待外界对你爱人的质疑？
