　　原标题：海南省委原常委、省政府原副省长谭力受贿案一审宣判

　　2016年10月13日，广东省广州市中级人民法院公开宣判海南省委原常委、省政府原副省长谭力受贿案，对被告人谭力以受贿罪判处无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产；对谭力受贿所得财物予以追缴，上缴国库。

　　经审理查明：2001年至2014年，被告人谭力先后利用担任成都市委常委及宣传部部长、广安市委书记、绵阳市委书记、海南省委常委、宣传部部长、海南省人民政府副省长、海南国际旅游岛先行试验区工委书记等职务上的便利，为他人在企业发展、项目建设、仲裁裁决执行等事项上谋取利益，直接或者通过其特定关系人非法收受他人财物，共计折合人民币8625.4056万元。

　　广州市中级人民法院认为，被告人谭力的行为构成受贿罪。鉴于谭力到案后，如实供述自己罪行，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的绝大部分受贿犯罪事实；认罪悔罪，积极退赃，具有法定、酌定从轻处罚情节，依法可以从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。（央视记者 奚丹霓 王子元）
