　　原标题：山西人大原副主任金道铭被判无期 受贿超1.23亿元

　　2016年10月14日，江苏省镇江市中级人民法院公开宣判山西省人大常委会原副主任金道铭受贿案，对被告人金道铭以受贿罪判处无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产；对金道铭受贿所得财物予以追缴，上缴国库。

　　经审理查明：2007年上半年至2014年初，被告人金道铭先后利用担任山西省委常委、省纪委书记、省委副书记等职务上的便利，为他人在煤矿资源整合、职务晋升、纪检调查等事项上谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，共计折合人民币1.23781389亿元。

　　镇江市中级人民法院认为，被告人金道铭的行为构成受贿罪。鉴于金道铭到案后，如实供述自己罪行，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的部分受贿犯罪事实；检举他人涉嫌违法犯罪的线索，有立功表现；认罪悔罪，赃款赃物已全部追缴，具有法定、酌定从轻处罚情节，依法可以从轻处罚。
