2015年8月，中国青年报报道了隆林县沙梨乡人王杰以个人名义创建“百色助学网”实施诈骗并性侵多名未成年女生的事件。王杰自称该网站运营9年来，资助贫困学生4000余人，共接受逾万名爱心人士捐款700多万元。在和“百色助学网”沟通捐助的过程中，山东志愿者秋楚（化名）发现事实并非如此。
经法院审理查明：2009年至2015年，被告人王杰以资助百色贫困学生为名，先后强奸学生农某月、覃某，并在被告人王春任强奸学生黄某梅的共同犯罪中提供帮助。被告人王杰以需要资助贫困地区学校课桌椅为名，采取隐瞒真相的方法，骗取爱心团队资助款1.5万元占为己有。
法院认为，被告人王杰违背妇女意志，使用暴力手段，强行与妇女发生性关系，明知是未满14周岁的幼女而与其发生性关系，为他人强奸提供帮助，其行为已构成强奸罪；其骗取数额较大的公私财物行为构成诈骗罪，应实行数罪并罚。被告人王春任明知是未满14周岁的幼女而与其发生性关系，构成强奸罪。两被告人强奸幼女，应从重处罚。根据刑法的有关规定，作出上述判决。
