根据调查结果及相关规定，海阳市对海阳市英才实验学校给予罚款20万元等行政处罚；海阳市英才实验学校食堂负责人于春丽，未按规定查验采购猪肉的检疫证明、购进未经检疫的猪肉，违反了《中华人民共和国食品安全法》相关规定，给予行政拘留15天的处罚。海阳市英才实验学校食堂管理人员杨春勇被给予行政拘留15天的处罚；海阳市小纪镇生猪屠宰点经营者马殿玲逃避检疫，被罚款10万元，并给予行政拘留15天的处罚；民主市场林涛放心肉经营者赵凤文，未经依法核准登记领取营业执照，擅自进行猪肉经营活动，被给予没收违法所得22747.2元、罚款10万元的处罚。
